This is a coffee mix, not instant coffee.

Use a coffee maker or French press.
Add 1 scoop (2 tbsp) of the mix per 10 oz of hot water.
Brew as you normally would and enjoy.

Recipe for One Portion

Ratio: 2 tbsp mole : 4 oz liquid

In a medium pot, add 4 oz of water or chicken broth for a more traditional flavor.

Add 2 tablespoons of Mole Poblano La Monjita, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat to a gentle simmer and continue stirring for about 3 minutes.

Remove from heat and let stand for 5–10 minutes to thicken.

Serve with chicken, rice, enmoladas, or your favorite dish.
